Well, I took some of the suggestions of people on cgtalk. It's still not done. The clothes, especially the pants, and the hands need some more love. I learned a lesson from this piece, though. Even if you roughly trace anatomy from photographs, it still may not look right.

Finally! Back to that head I was working on. I reworked some of the topology on the face, and I'm a lot happier now. Fixed the up uvs to match it, too. Next to figure out what to do for the hair so I can tie up those loose ends on top...

Well, I decided to hold off on lightening the skin until I got some better highlights in the clothes. So far, I think that's working out.
